1. For INDUSTRY Guest A, INDUSTRY Guest B

You will be notified by an email to pay the registration fee online after your application is confirmed. A registration confirmation letter will be sent to you upon completion of payment. You can pay online via WeChat, Alipay or bank cards at the official website. Offline payments will not be processed. Please complete the payment before the deadline indicated in the notification email. Otherwise, the application will be cancelled automatically. For re-registration, the registration fee will be based on the new registration time.

2. Day Pass

Purchase time: June 21 - 25

Purchase address : Shanghai Exhibition Center Dome Hall (No.1000 Middle Yanan Road)

Purchase method: You can pay online via WeChat, Alipay or bank cards at the official App. Offline payments will not be processed.

3. Guests to Special Events

For guests to special events, there is no registration fee. Upon approval of your registration application, the organizing committee will send you an email, and you may select online the events to participate after receipt of such notice.

III. Badge collection

After your registration information is confirmed, the organizing committee will notify you by email of the time and method for getting your badge before SIFF&STVF begins.

IV. Miscellaneous

Participating in SIFF or STVF require full acceptance of the relevant regulations in each activity. The organizing committee has the right to cancel the participant’s qualification in attending corresponding activities if the latter violates the regulations, and no refund will be made to the participant in that case.

1. For the payment made by overseas bank card, please confirm that it should be your own card. The payment made by a bank card other than your own will be refunded and should be re-paid.

2. Please confirm that you can participate in the corresponding activities before paying the guest's certificate. Once paid, no refund or change will be accepted.

3. Your badge and account are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold or transferred to another person in any manner. Your account and password shall be set and kept by yourself, and you shall keep your account and password confidential. If you find that other people are using your badge and account without authorization, you should immediately notify the SIFF&STVF organizing committee; so the SIFF&STVF organizing committee will assist you by freezing your account, changing your password or other security settings. You need to acknowledge that it takes reasonable time for the SIFF&STVF organizing committee to act on your request, and the SIFF&STVF organizing committee is not responsible for any consequences (including but not limited to any loss to your information and property) that occur prior to the SIFF&STVF organizing committee’s action or is caused by your own actions.

4. The credit card guarantee information is required for the guests who entrust the organizing committee to book hotels or for whom the organizing committee provides hotel accommodation.

5. If the guest who entrusted the organizing committee to book the hotel cannot check in at the hotel on time, he/she should notify the organizing committee registration center to change the hotel reservation 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the hotel expenses incurred after the check-in failure will be borne by the guest.

6. SIFF&STVF shall incur no liability on account of any loss, damage or delay occasioned or caused by any Force Majeure that is unpredictable, inevitable and insuperable.
